Products which are listed as a PREORDER are stipulated and written at the start of the item name and again in the item description fields. If you purchase a product as a preorder/wholesale order, please understand that the stock has not yet arrived to us (unless marked as ready to ship) and your order will be dispatched as soon as the preorder item has arrived.
All preorder/wholesale order sales are final + non-refundable. Please ensure you have read through all of the product information as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders/wholesale orders if we are unable to meet our MOQ for production. Orders will be refunded in full for any cancellations due to this.
Delivery Dates
Preorder/wholesale order ETA dates are listed in the product description. Please note that these dates and timeframes are approximate and subject to change.
Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control and delays can happen. In the event that your order has been affected by a delay, we will communicate this to you via email.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding around any preorder delays. Please know that we will always try our very best to fulfil orders as soon as possible.
Please note that if you place an order for a 'Preorder' item and an 'in-stock' item, your order will not be dispatched until all items have arrived to us. If you wish to have your in-stock items sent separately to avoid any delays, please process orders in separate transactions. If you would like to arrange seperate shipments for your 'in-stock' items please email us at hello@belleandsun.com with your order number and request and we will organise an additional shipping fee to be paid by you to have the order split into two seperate shipments.
